Joining HomeFree is much like joining a revolution in progress, so before you even read further please ask yourself......”Am I prepared?” Our Mission is to provide a free platform for Home Buyers and Sellers to enjoy a safe, free property transfer. It’s simple, yet audacious as well. The people who join our team need to embody the unique opportunity presented. Rethinking how we perform the most mundane tasks have changed thanks to the web.....it’s time we do the same for Buyers and Sellers of property.

HomeFree is based in the rolling hills of Yorba Linda, California known as the “Land of Gracious Living.” The small town feel within a sprawling community is very much the presence in our culture. Learning from each others’ unique perspective in life is tantamount to creating a vibe which is not only fun to work with, but encourages risks with new ideas and contributions to our goal.

Our compensation is competitive, and we offer a tremendous opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the Real Estate Ownership Revolution or REOR as we refer to our goal internally. Running towards the “REOR” to conquer what is currently a dismal situation, those that join us need to be quick on their feet and ready for each new day’s challenges.

Due to the nature of our unique challenge, we allow each “Wallace” or HomeFree representative to work at their peak. This means, if you prefer to work remotely, feel free, want to work at 3:00 AM (who knows it may be your favorite show......isn’t MASH reruns on then?) be our guest. As long as the necessary performance is rendered enjoy the freedom to pursue intellectual stimulation whenever comfortable.

This finally lends to some further questions:

  1. Dress code? Every day is casual day, Friday is dress up day should you choose.....winner gets to pick what the entire office eats for lunch on Monday.
  2. Can I bring my dog? As long as Puddles gets along with people bring her.
  3. Can I bring my cat? Whoa...don’t push it.....we have to have some lines in the sand!
  4. How can I prove worthy of an interview? Follow the link to the job openings we currently have. Know that we LOVE creativity and the more creative you are the faster your resume shoots to the top of the email pile! Have an idea on how we can improve....show us! (Our pride went out the window as soon as we realized we were in the REOR!
  5. How cool is HomeFree.org? We think it is cooler than an Ice Cream Sunday at the Arctic. Think about it, HomeFree is helping Buyers and Sellers, and in turn they are all helping some amazing Non Profit Organizations change the world. HomeFree is committed to “tithing” 10% of gross profits to these amazing Organizations who are dedicated to improving life across the Planet. How fun is it to go to work knowing your contributions are helping on so many different “fronts” in this World!

So do you have what it takes to be a “Wallace?” Do you have the intestinal fortitude to join a team bent on improving America, getting us out of this current crisis, and freeing the oppressed? Only you can answer the question do you desire FREEEEEEDOM!
