   Absolutely, be our guest, it is our pleasure to serve you.

5. Does HomeFree sell my information?

   Not a chance, the only time your information is given to a Sponsor on our page is when YOU chose to release it. Understand our goal is to give you complete control over your property and information. We also created a “Sponsor Contacts” page so you will know exactly who you have chosen to receive bids from during each step of the the process. This information is yours to keep in your profile as long as you desire......get the theme here.....it’s all about giving you control.

6. Why is Yelp on here?

   During our launch we are hoping to populate HomeFree with useful information while asking sponsors to join us. Feel free to use the resources found in Yelp until we can further assist you.

7. What is HomeFree.org?

8. Do I need a loan to participate in HomeFree as a Buyer?

   Searching our listings is encouraged at any time for our users. When you begin the process of buying a new Home, many of the Sellers want to confirm your ability to purchase their property before showing you around. However it is entirely up to the Buyer to determine when you would like to obtain your loan approval.

9. Why does HomeFree suggest Sellers post a disclosure form?

   There is a home for every buyer, it only makes sense that Seller’s would be honest about their property in order to find the Buyer that matches up with them!

10. Why should I get an appraisal as the Seller?

    HomeFree recommends an appraisal in order to justify the asking price as well as ensure that the correct Buyer not only desires your Home but qualifies with their loan to purchase it!

11. Why should Buyers get an appraisal?

    In order to make sure that Buyers qualify for the proper loan amount prior to entering a Sales agreement with the Seller, it just makes sense that you know how much the property appraises for prior to agreeing to purchase it. You wouldn’t buy a car without knowing it’s value, why buy a Home without knowing the value.

12. How hard is this?

    We have tried very hard to make this as painless as possible. Our goal is to take the worry away from both sides of the transaction. This will produce a well defined agreement and an outcome that pleases both parties.

13. How much am I saving?

    As the Seller you can enter the cost of your home in our calculator to determine the overall value you can save. As a Buyer, know that you can purchase more “Home” for your money as a result of using HomeFree.

14. Is it a lot of work?

    That all depends on how you chose to market your Home as a Seller or choose your Home as a Buyer. This is a big decision, and we can only hope to assist you every step of the way!
