We formed this concept over dinner. I know that may be hard to believe but the story begins with the two of us sharing a meal with our wives discussing how to invest in today’s market. We centered on which industry could use a complete overhaul in thinking. We found that by taking any money to be made by a third party OUT of the deal between a buyer and seller, honesty in the process would be restored. Clear linear advice using statistics to assist both parties by a non emotionally attached entity became the answer.
